Ashley Blevins ’07 is Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer at OstermanCron and an accomplished leader in sales, marketing, strategic growth, and brand development. A Mount graduate in Graphic Design, Ashley is also active in the community, through other organizations, including Beech Acres Parenting Center and the Northern Kentucky Chamber Women’s Initiative.

Sister Joanne Burrows, SC, Ph.D. brings an extraordinary combination of higher education leadership, deep ties to the Mount, and a lifetime of commitment to the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. She began her career at the Mount, then the College of Mount St. Joseph, before continuing a distinguished 40-year career in higher education that included 13 years as president of Clarke University. This year, Sister Joanne celebrates her 50th Jubilee as a Sister of Charity, marking five decades of vowed life, leadership, education, and service. Her return to the Mount as a Trustee brings both invaluable experience and a profound connection to the mission and heritage of the University.

Chris Chirumbolo ’99, ’00 is Chief Executive Officer of Carespring Health Care Management and a two-time Mount graduate. Chris has also served the Mount as an adjunct faculty member and on the Physical Therapy Program’s External Advisory Board. Today, he leads a major healthcare organization, serving thousands of patients and residents across our region.

Sara Green ’16 is Senior Design Manager for the Cincinnati Reds, helping shape the creative direction and visual identity of one of our region’s most iconic organizations. A Mount graduate in Graphic Design and Fine Arts, Sara began with the Reds as a seasonal intern and rose through the organization to become a leader of its in-house creative team.

Julie Holt, RN, MSN, CENP, is Vice President of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Officer for The Christ Hospital Health Network. With more than 35 years of healthcare leadership experience, Julie is a respected nursing leader, known for innovation, patient safety, quality, and organizational excellence. She also brings an extensive record of civic and nonprofit service throughout Greater Cincinnati.

Bret Schneider ’01 is President and Founder of WOW Windowboxes, an award-winning Cincinnati company he grew from a garage startup into a nationally franchised brand. A Mount graduate in Business Administration, Bret brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, strategic growth, branding, innovation, and community engagement.

I am especially proud that four of the six new Trustees are Mount alumni. Their return to serve at the highest level of University Governance is a powerful reflection of the lifelong connection we hope to inspire in every Mount student. In Sister Joanne, we also welcome back a leader whose years of service at the Mount and five decades as a member of the Sisters of Charity organization give her a uniquely meaningful connection to the Mount.

The Board of Trustees carries the important responsibility of stewarding the Mission entrusted to the Administration by the Sisters of Charity, while helping the University pursue boldly its future. These six leaders bring the experience, perspective, and commitment to help us do exactly that!

I am grateful for their willingness to serve and excited about what lies ahead. Please join me in welcoming Ashley, Sister Joanne, Chris, Sara, Julie, and Bret to the Mount St. Joseph University Board of Trustees!

Sincerely,

H. James Williams, Ph.D.
