The Mount is elevating the family experience with the official launch of CampusESP, an innovative platform designed to transform the way the University connects with student families.

The platform is designed to keep parents and families connected, informed, and involved to support their student’s success. By bridging the "hand-off" gap between enrollment and graduation, the platform will help parents and families move beyond reactive communication to ensure they have a clear seat at the table throughout their student’s college journey.

CampusESP will deliver personalized content, such as stories, discussion boards, automated newsletters, and helpful reminders directly to families. The new portal will also streamline the logistical side of campus life. Families will be able to easily access helpful resources like FAFSA filing tips, Mental Health & Wellness information, as well as all of the events and engagement opportunities across campus.

Empowering Families and Enhancing Retention

The Mount joins a network of over 450 institutions to drive meaningful engagement. The platform is proven to make an impact on the student experience through the following ways:

  • Family Support: 92 percent of families report that CampusESP helps them better support their student.
  • Personalized Experience: Families receive dynamic updates via email, and through a dedicated portal tailored to their specific interests and needs.
  • Higher Retention: Students with a family engaged in CampusESP see a 6 percent higher retention rate on average.

"We are so excited to bring CampusESP to our families," says Chief Belonging & Experience Officer, Katrice Quitter. "This new platform is designed to strengthen communication and keep families connected to their student’s journey. We recognize the significant role family plays in a student’s success. CampusESP will allow us to make sure all families are engaged and informed from day one as a member of the Mount Community.”

With implementation coming this June, the platform will be live and ready to serve the Mount Community ahead of the 2026 academic year!
