“C is for Cincinnati” A Queen City Alphabet Book
Michelle Pierce, a 2020 Master's of Education graduate of Mount St. Joseph University’s School of Education, is a kindergarten teacher at St. James School in White Oak, a mom of two toddlers, and now a published author. Michelle recently released a new children’s alphabet book, C is for Cincinnati, which pairs each letter with iconic Cincinnati landmarks, local favorites, and beloved symbols of the Queen City.
The book was illustrated by fellow MSJ alum Kaylie Frede, who graduated in 2023 with a Fine Arts degree from the Department of Creative Arts. Together, the pair combined their creative talents to bring a playful Cincinnati-themed learning experience to life.
