Metro Ridership Program for Spring & Summer 2026
The Mount has partnered with Metro to launch our free ridership program for students and employees for the Spring 2026 & Summer 2026 semesters (January - August 2026). Once you register, we will get you uploaded into the Metro Transit System within 48 business hours to begin riding around the region for free!
If you are a new user, use the following steps to get started with your free Metro passes today!
University students and employees should follow the 3-step process below:
- Download the Transit app and create an account using your MSJ email. Use this Step-by-Step Guide.
- Add the EZ Fare Ticketing option to your account in the Transit app.
- Confirm your registration by completing the MSJ form.

First Time Riding METRO?
