Join Us at the MSJ 5k at Mount St. Joseph University on Sept. 26, 2026!
We are delighted to bring the MSJ 5k back to campus again this year! This 5 kilometer looped run/walk course routes along the Mount's campus and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse. Whether you are a new or experienced runner, the MSJ 5k welcomes everyone in their journey to celebrate accomplishment with community at a pace that works for you.

No Sweat Option
$30, Registration ends September 26, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Can't make it to the race? You can still support the event by choosing the "No Sweat Option!" We will include a race t-shirt with your registration (while supplies last) as a Thank You for your support! Sign up for the No Sweat Option here.

$20 - Youth 17 and under, Seniors 65 and over, MSJ Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni

Registration:
- All ages are welcome!
- Visit the registration link here to sign up.
- Registration includes chip timing, T-shirt, awards, and pre/post events.
- All participants registered before Sept. 3 will receive a commemorative race t-shirt with their registration.
- You must be signed up prior to Sept. 3 to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrations after Sept. 3 will receive a shirt while supplies last.

Details:
- Course: 5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the Mount St. Joseph University and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
- Divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and over
- Awards Recognition: Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.
- Pre-Race activities: Pre-race music and entertainment begins at 8 a.m.
- Post-Race Celebration: Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available!
- Register online: All registrations are to be done online. Online registration will be available through race day.
- Results: Final results will be posted online here and at the race.

Day of Information:
The race will start at 8:30 a.m. in the upper east parking lot, looping around the track at Schueler Field, going through campus and to the grounds of the Sisters of Charity Mother House, and ending back in the upper east parking lot. Please plan to join us before and after the race in the upper east parking lot for pre- and post-race events! Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Early Check-in & Packet Pick-Up Available
- Packet pickup is available on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Quad near Seton Center Lobby and Friday, September 25, 2026 from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Quad near Seton Center Lobby.
Race Day Check in and Packet Pick up Available
Race day pickups are available from 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. at Upper East Lot.
Chip Timing
This year's race will be accurately professionally and accurately "chip-timed" by Running Time Race Timing using MyLaps disposable Bib Tag technology.The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.
