School of Education Completers Celebration
Tuesday April 20, 2027, 5:30 p.m. at MSJ, Mater Dei Chapel
- Intended audience: Completers + 1 guest, Faculty of Ed Students, Supervisors, and Adjuncts.

- Completers’ Ceremony: Upon entry into the School of Education, students are given a wooden acorn in a small ceremony indicating the potential they have as budding educators. At this completers’ ceremony, students are given a small oak tree memento. The oak tree memento represents how far the student has come since the acorn they received earlier in their program, and the growth that is still yet to come as an educator in the field. At this small, meaningful ceremony, we celebrate the students who have completed the Education Program.
