 If you're on track to graduate in May or Aug. 2027, here are your next steps:

Apply to Graduate ASAP if you are planning to graduate in either May or August of 2027.

  • The application will take about 10 minutes to complete.
  • August 2027 grads have the opportunity to walk in May 2027 commencement if no more than 12 hours are needed in the summer semester. 
  • December 2026 Graduates will be included in the list of those who will be extended an invitation to the May Commencement. The three groups of graduates or potential graduates that are extended an invitation to May 2027 Commencement: Dec 2026, May 2027, and Aug 2027 (with only 12 or less credit hours left to complete their degree).
  • Go to Mount Connect here, and log in. Scroll on the left to My Forms, and then search the drop down for Graduation Application Form.
  • Make sure you select the correct term when your degree requirements will be complete.
  • Once complete, be sure to SUBMIT.
Your graduation application then begins a workflow approval process through your advisor and chair before coming to the Registrar’s Office for a final degree audit.

  • You can begin the graduation application process today. Submitting your graduation application now will optimize the flow of Commencement related information to you.

The $75 graduation fee will be charged to your student account when you submit the graduation application.
