Lisa Clifton, MSW Program Director and Associate Professor of Social Work, selected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Council on Social Work Education’s Board of Accreditation
Mount St. Joseph University proudly congratulates Lisa Clifton, MSW Program Director and Associate Professor of Social Work, on her appointment to the Executive Committee of the Board of Accreditation (BOA) for the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), the national accrediting body for social work education programs in the United States.
Selected during the Board of Accreditation's June meeting, Lisa Clifton will serve a two-year term on the Executive Committee while also chairing her workgroup. This prestigious appointment is a significant leadership honor within social work education and reflects her dedication to advancing excellence in the profession.
As a member of the Executive Committee, Lisa will help support the Board of Accreditation’s work in maintaining high standards for social work education programs nationwide. Her leadership role further highlights the expertise of Mount St. Joseph University’s social work faculty and the strength of the university’s Master of Social Work program.
