Mount St. Joseph University is proud to announce the addition of several accomplished professionals to its Board of Trustees.

CINCINNATI, Oh — The Mount welcomed eight new members this semester, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in their respective fields:

  • Robyn Caponi - MSJ alumna and former teacher and community volunteer 
  • Paul Garrett - Chief Operating Officer, Western Hills Country Club
  • Jennifer Jackson - UC Health Vice President Operations, West Chester Hospital Site Leader and Chief Nursing Officer
  • Dominic Iacobucci - NCARB, LEED AP, and Co-Founder, 39Forward
  • Kevin Malvey - Senior Vice President, Head of Remittance and Federal Banking Operations,  U.S. Bank
  • Pamela Rossmann - President, Phillips Supply Company
  • Dr. Thomas Shockley, Jr. - Orthopedic Surgeon, Chief Health Equity Officer, Associate Chief Medical Officer, TriHealth (Bethesda North Region)
  • Jeremy Viltro - Senior Vice President, Line of Business CFO, Fifth Third Bank

Members of the Board of Trustees each play a pivotal role in guiding the Mount’s mission and initiatives, contributing their insights to support the institution's commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and community engagement.
