Table Sponsor Reservation ($1,100 per table)

If you are interested in sponsoring a table at our event, the cost for one table (seating 8 guests) is $1,100. Please include the FIRST and LAST NAME for all individuals in this reservation. Names are needed for the reservation and name tags. In the event you are not able to provide us with 8 names, we would be happy to fill the table with Mount Nursing Students — please enter "MSJ Nursing Student" on the appropriate Reservation Seating line. Please also indicate any dietary restrictions for each guest. Once you submit your table sponsor guest seating and payment, you will receive a receipt.

Corporate Reservation (For current Corporate Sponsors)

You receive 1 table with 8 seats with your corporate sponsorship. If you would like to purchase a second table, you may do so by selecting 2 tables ($1,100 for the second table). Please include the FIRST and LAST NAME for all individuals in this reservation and indicate any dietary restrictions. Names are needed for the reservation and name tags. Once you submit your table sponsor guest seating and payment, you will receive a receipt for the 2nd table.
