Jeff Wampler joined Mount St Joseph University as Vice President of Marketing and Communications in January 2020.  Previously, he served as an executive at Procter and Gamble for over 30 years and has served as President of The Ninja House Brand Consultancy. Jeff has been a transformative agile business leader, brand builder and general manager with hands-on operational discipline and a track record of success working across a number of functions, on multiple brands and in several countries.

 

He has led businesses in the US and around the world in categories such as Fabric and Home Care, Beauty Care, Health Care, Food & Beverages, Services, Franchising, Commercial Products, Pharmaceuticals as well as Consulting. Jeff led the creation of Procter & Gamble’s service arm Agile Pursuits Franchising and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tide Dry Cleaners.  He has earned recognition from Procter & Gamble for traditional brand leadership and new business development leadership, from Entrepreneur Magazine with the “Innovative New Franchise Award”, Hub Magazine for the “Ultimate Hub Prize for Retail Innovation”, Edison Awards with the “Gold Award for New Retail Frontiers” for building an innovative new business that achieved Franchise 500 status.  Wampler has lived in Cincinnati with his wife Elvira and 4 children for more than 20 years. 

 

He has taught graduate business courses at Xavier University in the Executive MBA program. He has also worked with several local nonprofits and served on numerous boards, including Procter & Gamble Agile Pursuits Franchising, Inc., Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, Compass Point Partners in Wellness and Arizona State University WP Carey School: Center for Services Leadership. In addition, Jeff has served as a mentor for inner city under privileged youth in Cincinnati for 20 years and was awarded Volunteer of the Year in 2010 from the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative.

 

Jeff received his Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University, Bachelor of Science from Northern Kentucky University and has participated in Service Excellence training at The Disney Institute as well as Authentic Leadership training at Harvard Business School. Jeff also enjoys travel, coaching soccer and speaking Spanish with his family.
