Mission
The Mount’s Ethical Leadership Development initiative provides students the opportunity to discover and apply their personal gifts and values to promote a sustainable, just and caring society.
Through the initiative, students grow in understanding their purpose and in the use of their voice to make a difference by intentionally examining and practicing key values of ethical leadership. This development process follows in the Mount tradition:
