The School of Arts & Humanities offers students academic programs grounded in the liberal arts and sciences. Our programs allow you to broaden your understanding of the human experience, enrich your own potential, and sharpen your critical thinking and communication skills. All of these skills are important for a successful life and career. The School of Arts & Humanities is organized into four departments: Art & Design, Communication & New Media Studies, Liberal Arts, and Music.

The School of Arts & Humanities is also a place for visual and performing arts. In addition to several theatre and musical performances throughout the academic year, Studio San Giuseppe, the on-campus art gallery, offers a wide array of exhibits and activities year-round.

Are you interested in cooperative education or writing for the Mount's literary magazine? You also find these opportunities and more in the School of Arts & Humanities.
