Angelique Teeters, an adjunct faculty in the psychology department, has been awarded the 2012 Adjunct Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award by the College of Mount St. Joseph.

This award honors an outstanding candidate who demonstrates exceptional teaching as an adjunct faculty member. Candidates for the award are nominated by department chairs.

Teeters is a 2006 Mount graduate who was the Distinguished Student and the Harrington Award winner that year. She has been teaching various psychology classes at the Mount.

Teeters’ student ratings have been excellent, with students describing her as a teacher who is clear, interesting, enthusiastic, and fun.

Teeters lives in Harrison, Ohio.
