Biography:
Dr. Veraldo's research agenda includes investigating the underrepresentation of women in intercollegiate athletic leadership and the experiences of women in the sport management major. She teaches Introduction to Sport Management, Historical and Socio-cultural Aspects of Sport, Principles of Athletic Administration, Sport Facility and Event Management, and Human Resource Management in Sport at the Mount. Dr. Veraldo also brings professional experience in the sport industry to the sport management classroom. In addition to experience as a high school level volleyball and field events coach, she was the Athletic Director at McAuley High School in Cincinnati from 1996 - 1999. She also worked as an Academic Advisor/Coordinator for student-athletes at Miami University from 2002 - 2009.
