We have reserved a block of rooms in the dormitories for conference participants. These are available on a first come, first served basis, and due to the limited number we cannot deviate from the configurations listed on the registration form. Please register early if you’d like to reserve one of these rooms, as they are limited. We will post updates on this page when the dorm rooms are limited or fully booked.
Unfortunately, the dorm rooms are only available for rental from June 5 to June 9, with a checkout time of noon, due to other conferences preceding and following ours. Should you be arriving BEFORE June 5 or leaving AFTER June 9, you would need to make a reservation at a hotel separate from your stay in the dorm for any additional days. Hotel links are provided below. (For those checking out at noon on June 9 and who have flights later in the day or who are staying for the Freedom Center event that day, there will be secure storage facilities on campus for your belongings.)
We have also reserved rooms at two local hotels with a conference rate. The links are posted below, which should take you directly to the hotel’s websites. Should you need to stay in the hotels for one or two days either before or after the dates reserved for the conference, I’m told that the hotels will honor the conference rate.
