The Toddler Room is for children 18 months to 3 years old. This is a very busy space that is set-up to meet the developmental challenges and wide variety of abilities of this age group. The room is filled with many activity areas such as reading, computer, blocks (and other manipulatives), balls, sensory table (which changes monthly) and a pretend center (which changes themes every 2-3 weeks). There are daily art activities, music time and lots of reading during story time and before lunch in group time. In addition to classroom time, the toddlers go outside to the play yard, campus walks, the gym/racquetball court, and time in the muscle room for large muscle activity.
