The Residence Hall in Seton Center opened a renovated wing in January 2005, featuring suites with two single occupancy bedrooms. Each suite has an unfurnished common area living room, bathroom with separate vanity area, and storage area. Each bedroom has a twin bed, desk, chair and dresser. An exterior vanity with lighting and mirror allows one resident to utilize the vanity area while another resident uses the bathroom/shower. A common kitchenette/lounge area is offered on each floor.  Seton Center Suite Photos

The suites offer:

• Air-conditioning
• Bedroom furnishings with: loft-able bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and chest of drawers for each student  (Mattresses are 80" inches long - twin extra-long sheets are recommended)
• Unfurnished living rooms so students can bring sofa chairs, small couches, etc. to furnish this space.
• Built in closet for storage in each suite
• Carpeted living rooms and bedrooms
• Laundry facilities on each floor, microwave/kitchenette available on each floor
• Wireless data access available from each room, lounge areas, hallways, etc. 
• Local television cable service available in each living room
• Phone lines available in each room
