The First-Year Residential Learning Community was designed to help students have a successful and productive first year. Housed on 2 South East, the floor is staffed by one RA and four Learning Community Assistants (LCAs), specially trained in helping first-year students.

The learning community is intended to provide a supportive environment and living space in which first-year students can learn, get involved, get to know themselves and others, and ultimately, have a successful first year.
