Some sections of IDS 100 include Peer Leaders. Peer Leaders help bridge the gap between the instructor and first year students. They are there to be a mentor, information source, and friend to the first year students. As Mount students themselves, they can readily identify with the issues and experiences of new students and help them be successful.
