In collaboration with various campus offices and resources, we have put together a series of informational and social sessions for first year students.  The purpose is to provide timely and relevant information to new students and to encourage them to take advantage of campus opportunities.

Forum topics include cultural opportunities, faculty forums, and college information sessions (e.g., “Registration Nuts & Bolts” session prior to registration season in October).

Students are made aware of these opportunities in their IDS 100 course and via emails from the Coordinator of First Year Student Experience.
