How do I request a book voucher?
Vouchers are available to students who show a projected credit after all term charges are covered. Access your Course and Fee Statement under the Finances tab within myMount and click on the request button. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your request within one business day. Plan early. Remember it takes one business day to process your request.
How do I know how much to request?
Book prices can be researched on the Follett website at www.msj.bkstr.com. If after making your purchase, you find that you need additional credit on your card, you will have the option to make a second voucher request the following day. Keep your gift card. The additional amount will be added to your existing card. It will not expire.
What if I don’t use the full amount of credit on my gift card?
As noted above, the card will not expire, it can be used in a subsequent term at the Mount. The MSJ Bookstore can verify the amount of credit remaining on a student’s card. It is important to budget your book charges as accurately as possible to avoid carrying a remaining credit. There are no refunds on the book voucher cards.
Where do I pick up my card?
Cards can be picked up in the Bookstore. Online requests made by noon of one day will be approved/denied by the following business day. Notifications are sent via email indicating whether the request is approved or denied. If denied, please contact the Student Administrative Services Office at 513-244-4418 for details.
