Biography: Dr. Edwards is an associate professor in the Department of Business Administration. She earned her D.B.A from the University of Sarasota, an M.B.A. and M.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Cincinnati, and a B.A. in Communication Arts from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
Professor Edwards is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Association. Her research interests include small and mid-size businesses, customer relationship management, customer communication, and integrated marketing communication management.
Dr. Edwards enjoys running, jogging and other sports as well as spending time with her two adult children and husband of over 25 years. She also loves to travel and hopes to visit more places.
