Biography: Dr. Fleming is the assessment coordinator and an associate professor specializing in child development in the Department of Psychology. Following undergraduate degrees in psychology and special education, Professor Fleming earned her Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Fleming's primary research interests include pediatric psychology, especially educating parents in primary-care settings, and alcohol refusal skills in adolescents. Past positions at the Mount include assistant to the academic dean and chair of the Department of Behavioral Sciences.
