The Mount will field a Women’s lacrosse team and will be competing in its inaugural season in the spring of 2009. The team will be an independent member of the NCAA Division III and will play their home games on Schueler Field at the Sports Complex which has a “field turf” playing surface and lights for night games.

Players joining the team will have a unique opportunity to gain an extended amount of playing and leadership experience right away at the college level because it will be a new team. The team will be playing a full schedule against some of the best Division III teams from around the nation.
