10/14/07 Megan Dickman finishes in seventh place at the HCAC Championship and is named All-HCAC
Sophomore Megan Dickman (Batesville, IN/Oldenburg Academy) shot a two-round total of 183 at this weekend's HCAC Championship and has been named All-Conference. Dickman, who was seventh today at the conference championship, is the first Mount women's golfer to be named All-Conference. The top eight finishers were awarded All-Conference status.
The Mount placed seventh in the team standings. Franklin College was first in the team standings. The two-day event ends the Mount's 2007 season.
10/6/07 Megan Dickman leads the Mount to a fifth place finish at the Manchester College Fall Invite
Megan Dickman (Batesville, IN/OIdenburg Academy) led the Mount today with a 92 at the Manchester College Fall Invite. Dickman tied for seventh place as the Lions finished fifth in the team standings. Franklin College was first.
The Mount will conclude the 2007 season when they host the HCAC Championships on Oct. 13-14.
9/27/07 Lions record a sixth place finish at the Transylvania University Fall Invitational
Sophomore Megan Dickman (Batesville, IN/Oldenburg Academy) shot an all-time Mount best 18-hole score of 90 today, and finished in a sixth place tie, as the Mount recorded a sixth place finish at the Transylvania University Fall Invitational. The Mount is back in action on Oct. 6 at the Manchester College Invitational.
9/24/07 Mount places fourth at the Defiance College Invitational
The Lions competed at the Defiance College Invitational today finishing fourth among five teams. Megan Dickman (Batesville, IN/Oldenburg Academy) led the way for the Mount with a ninth place tie and a 96. Lauren Byrd (Cincinnati, OH/Seton) finished second among Lions' golfers with a 121.
The Mount plays at the Transylvania University Invitational on Sept. 27.
9/16/07 Lions begin 2007 season at the Hanover College Invitational
Megan Dickman (Batesville, IN/Oldenburg Academy) finished 14th today at the Hanover College Invitational, as the Mount finished seventh in the team standings. Dickman led five Mount golfers in the two-day, 36-hole invitational. She had a second-round score of 91, the best-ever 18 hole score in Mount history.
Lauren Byrd (Cincinnati, OH/Seton) shot a personal-best 108 in the second round. The Lions return to action on September 24 at the 18-hole Defiance College Invitational.
