Sports Complex Track and Schueler Field Usage Policy

The use of the Sports Complex Track and Schueler Field is available to College of Mount St. Joseph faculty, staff and current students subject to some limitations for athletic activities and special events. Mount alumni and members of the local community are permitted access to the track only and such use will be limited for personal recreational purposes. 
 
Hours
The Sports Complex is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to dark however hours may change based on athletic, recreational or other special events, holidays, etc. The College of Mount St. Joseph reserves the right to change hours at its discretion.

Faculty, Staff, and Students
Faculty, staff, and students currently registered at the College of Mount St. Joseph may use the Sports Complex including the track and Schueler Field and must possess a valid Mount I.D. which should be presented upon request.   Use of facilities is subject to availability and may be limited during athletic, recreational or other events. Limitations on use of the facilities by faculty, staff and students will be posted. 

Community and Alumni
College of Mount St. Joseph alumni and members of the local community are granted access to the Sports Complex track for personal recreational purposes such as walking or running. Mount alumni and members of the local community are not permitted use of Schueler Field. Use of the track by Mount alumni and community members will be prohibited during college practices, games and intramurals in addition to other limitations such as special events and holidays. Limitations on use of the track by alumni and community members will be posted.  Visitors must enter and exit the track at the north or south pedestrian entrances. 

Group Policy
Organized activities may be permitted for special events and groups, subject to the establishment of a formal contract and applicable tax code regulations, at the discretion of the College of Mount St. Joseph. For information regarding hosting events for a group, please contact the Office of Campus Facilities at 513-244-4373 or Department of Athletics and Recreation at 513-244-4311.

Restrooms
Public rest room facilities are available adjacent to the concession stand area at the north end of the Sports Complex.  

Use of the Sports Complex is at Your Own Risk
he College is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged or injury sustained while using the Sports Complex. The College of Mount St. Joseph reserves the right to remove anyone from the Sports Complex who does not demonstrate responsible behavior.


The College of Mount St. Joseph is a smoke free campus. Furthermore, the use of all tobacco products is prohibited in all athletic and recreational facilities, property and adjacent parking lots.  Also prohibited are alcohol, bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, skateboard, fire arms, glass containers and pets.
