The Office of Student Administrative Services looks forward to working with you to explore ways to make a Mount education affordable. About 80 percent of our students receive financial assistance to help meet their college expenses.
The remarkable news is that private institutions continue to consistently garner high marks in value, degree completion and financial aid options.

Scholarships
Transfer students are not eligible for scholarships given to first-time freshman, rather they have three scholarships that are exclusive to transfer students. All scholarships are for full-time students only.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship - $6,000/year
Students who are transferring with an Associates' Degree from a regionally-accredited institution and were members of Phi Theta Kappa may apply for this scholarship. Proof of Phi Theta Kappa membership is required. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years depending on the student maintaining a 3.5 GPA.
Transfer Scholarship - $5,000/year
Any student transferring from a regionally-accredited institution with at least 24 semester hours and a 3.0 GPA is automatically eligible for this scholarship. There is no application for this award nor is there any competition. It is renewable for up to four years depending on the student maintaining a 3.0 GPA.
Upperclass Achievement Scholarship - $5,000/year
If a transfer student does not receive a Phi Theta Kappa or Transfer Scholarship, they may earn the Upperclass Achievement scholarship. The student must earn 24-semester hours and a 3.0 GPA upon beginning their career as a Mount student, then they would be automatically eligible for this scholarship. Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA in order to renew the scholarship.
