Students interested in Project EXCEL are encouraged to apply as early as possible. The following steps are necessary to complete the processing of an application:

1. Completion of the following downloadable forms:
   • College of Mount St. Joseph Application for Admission Form 
   • EXCEL General Information Form (PDF 54KB)
   • EXCEL Applicant Information Form (PDF 22KB)
   • EXCEL School Record Form (PDF 32KB) (educational data provided by teacher or academic counselor).
2. Submission of the following data: 
   • Documentation of Specific Learning Disability (psychoeducational evaluation administered within three years of application)
   • An official copy of high school transcript (college transcript(s) if applicable)
   • ACT or SAT scores (standard or non-standard administration)
   • Letter of Recommendation.
3. On Campus interview with the Director of Project EXCEL.
