The Honors Program welcomes traditional students who fulfill the following criteria:
- ACT-SAT scores at the 75th percentile level are considered as a minimum for the Honors Program.
- No set rank is required, but upper 25 percent is preferred. Class rank numbers have a different impact based on the profile of the high school attended.
- Grade point averages should be at a level which indicates the student can perform at a 3.2 college GPA level.
- High school course selection is of key importance in evaluating the candidate's qualifications.
To be part of the program, all eligible students are encouraged to enroll in the Honors level of IDS 100. After successful completion of the course, students may apply to be a permanent member of the Honors Program.
