Below are some of the recent MSOL alumni telling it like it is, in their own words. Are you an Mount MSOL alumnus who'd like to share their story? Let us know.
Steve
Steve's background is probably the most unlikely for someone looking for an MSOL degree. But in the end, it was a perfect fit. As a fireman he stares danger in the face on a regular basis. The bonds that he and his men build are some of the strongest as they depend on each other for their lives.
But Steve was looking for more. Steve discovered that the MSOL program developed his skills to become a more effective leader and build those bonds that are already strong, a little stronger.

Darlene
After getting her undergraduate degree in the Mount's excellent Social Work program, Darlene found her niche. After several
years of doing what she enjoyed she was looking for advancement and a change while staying in the field.
Darlene chose to return to the Mount and now she is moving onward and upward.
But as she says it was the help of her new friends (called "The Divas") in her MSOL co-hort which helped her along the way. They built a stong support group which survives and they call continue to call on one another for advice.
