The Mount is proud to offer degree programs in leadership: the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
These programs mirror the Mount's commitment to interdisciplinary education with a focus on career preparation, while emphasizing values, integrity and social responsibility.
Highlights

Delivery
Classes will meet for 6 to 8 week sessions in the evening at a consistent day and time for the duration of the program. Some courses will use a blended learning format which incorporates computer-mediated instruction and learning activities along with class activities.

Thanks to our partnership with the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and the support of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, MSOL class are now forming for Fall 2011. Classes will be held one night per week, at CVG's new Airport Learning Center (Terminal 1).
A MSOL cohort is forming now for classes starting 9/15/11 at the Greater Cincinnati Northern KY Airport (CVG). Class will meet Thursday evenings from 5 to 8pm.

Curriculum
The Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership consists of 128 credit hours. Fifty-seven of those hours will be spent on-site. The remaining credit hours are earned through distance learning offerings or through classes taken on the Mount's campus.
