The Behavioral Sciences Department offers majors in criminology/sociology, psychology, sociology, social work and paralegal studies. All major programs are rooted firmly in the liberal arts and sciences.
Curricula for career-oriented majors meet the standards of professional accreditation/approval organizations. The Social Work program has been CSWE accredited since 1992 and the paralegal program has been ABA-approved since 1992.
