Talk about a hands-on history class!

Dr. Jennifer Morris's HIS 236--Cortez to Costco: How European Contact with the Americas Changed the Food We Eat--has studied the farm to table movement. She brought in Matt Madison, owner of Madisono's Gelato, to talk about the farm to table Cincinnati movement. Matt brought in some gelato samples for the students to try.

Madisono's Gelato is sold in many places in Cincinnati and the region, and uses ingredients grown locally as much as possible. For more information, click here.
