MSJ men’s golf team helps out at the Ronald McDonald House

Academics, Press Releases, Sports

Before heading south for Spring Break last week, the Mount's men's golf team spent several days at the Ronald McDonald House by Cincinnati Children's Hospital baking for residents. That's right--they bake, too.

Coach Joe Sparhawk says all the golfers like to take part in service projects so they broke up into smaller groups so everyone could have a chance to help out.

The Mount's sports teams find ways to give back during their off-season. Two examples include the men's baseball team decorates the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse every Christmas, and the women's volleyball team helped out this fall landscaping yards.

Good luck to the golf team as they begin spring golf.
