BUS 101 Students win $500 in Business Plan Competition

BUS 101 students Jacob Howarth and Joe Illencik won third place and $500 in phase two of the Innov8 for Health Challenge.  Previous they won $1000 in phase one of the competition.  They developed their idea and business plan for a hangover remedy called Blow Zero in Dr. Nancy Waldeck’s BUS 101 course.   Jacob presented the business plan to a panel of experts and other entrepreneurs at NKU’s METS Center last Friday.  Dr.  Waldeck and Dr.  Charles Kroncke attended the event with Jacob.
