Bill Minor named vice president for enrollment management at the Mount

The College of Mount St. Joseph announces Bill Minor is the new vice president for enrollment management.

Minor brings significant leadership and management experience within higher education to the Mount. His past experience includes 13 years in significant marketing leadership positions at Pennsylvania State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he worked closely with admissions staff to increase enrollment. Prior to his work in higher education, Minor served as a senior vice president with the Ohio Casualty Insurance Group, following senior leadership positions with blue chip advertising agencies J. Walter Thompson and Young & Rubicam in New York and Chicago.

“I’m honored to have been named the Mount’s newest vice president for enrollment management,” Minor said. “I’m excited for the Mount’s new strategic plan, and I am looking forward to what we will accomplish in the future as we transition from a college to a university.”

“Bill’s leadership experience will contribute greatly to the Mount,” said Tony Aretz, Ph.D., president of the Mount. “I have confidence that his marketing expertise will help us expand our reach and offer greater potential for our enrollment goals.”

Minor has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and completed the executive management program at the University of Michigan.
