MSJ 5K

We are delighted to bring the MSJ 5k back to campus! Founded in 2014 by Chairperson & Associate Professor of Exercise Science & Integrative Health, Dr. BC Charles-Liscombe, this 5 kilometer looped run/walk course routes along the Mount's campus and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse. 

Whether you are a new or experienced runner, the MSJ 5k welcomes everyone in their journey to celebrate accomplishment with community at a pace that works for you.

Registration:

• All ages are welcome!
• Visit the registration link here to sign up 
•  Registration includes chip timing, t-shirt, awards (finisher and top male/female overall and in age categories – 17 and under, 18-25, 26-50, 51-64, 65 and older), and pre/post race events.
• Participants must be signed up prior to Sept. 1, 2023 to be guaranteed a shirt.  Registrations after Sept. 1, 2023 will receive a shirt while supplies last.

Cost: 

• $25 - General Registration Fee
• $15 - MSJ Faculty, Staff, Students, 17 and under, and 65 and older.

Day of Information:

The race will start at 8:30 a.m. in the administration parking lot, going to the grounds of the Sisters of Charity Mother House, looping around the track at Schueler Field, and ending in the Quad. Please plan to join us before and after the race in the Quad for pre- and post-race events! Snacks and drinks will be provided. 

Early Packet Pick-Up Available

• Packet pickup is available in the Harrington Center Lobby on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 22, 2023 from 2 - 6 p.m.
• Race day pickups are available in the Seton Center Lobby from 7:30 - 8:15 a.m.
