The College of Mount St. Joseph has designed this Financial Aid Estimator to assist prospective students in answering two frequently asked questions. Will we qualify for financial aid? If we qualify, how much money can we expect to receive? This service provides a student with an estimate based on his or her family's unique financial circumstances. It is not an application for financial aid. It is designed only to give an estimate of your eligibility.

The first thing you will need to do is to calculate your Expected Family Contribution, or EFC. You can do this by using the button below to go to the calculator at Student Loan Funding's site. Make sure to either write down or print out your EFC once it is calculated. You will need this number in order to estimate your financial aid eligibility here at the Mount. If you have already processed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you can use the EFC printed on your SAR.
