    MSJ Blackboard Learn scheduled downtime

    Scheduled downtime will occur every Wednesday morning from 6:00AM until 7:00AM for the Mount's Blackboard Learn system.  This hour will be used to refresh the system by rebooting all servers that are part of the MSJ Blackboard Learn environment.  

    Please contact the ISS Help Desk at 513-244-4357 if you are unable to access Blackboard Learn after 7:00AM on Wednesdays.

    Site/Server Downtime

    Due to thehardware upgrades which are being installed, all server functionality will be intermittently unavailable both on and off campus.

    This maintenance will impact all services including Blackboard, Internet access, CARS/Jenzabar, myMount, www.msj.edu, email access, network printing, network file storage (including G: drives and Departmental shares).

    We ask that you please save your work frequently during this period in the event of any unexpected issues.
