Biography:

Dr. Taggart is an associate professor and chair of the Department of Legal Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and an M.Ed. from Xavier University. A practicing lawyer, she currently serves as a member of the Approval Commission of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Paralegals.
