Biography:
Dr. Smith is an associate professor and chair of the Department of Organizational Leadership. He spent 24 years in the Air Force as a pilot and faculty member at the Air Force Academy in Colorado.
Professor Smith holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington Business School, a master's degree in human factors and systems engineering, and a bachelor's degree in human factors engineering.
Dr. Smith enjoys playing sports, watching baseball and collegiate sports, and spending time with his wife and four children in sports, scouts and church.
