Biography:

Dr. Warde is a proud Mount Alumni and U.S. veteran who served six years in the U.S.A.F. She graduated from Greenfield Community College, MA with an ADN, Mount St. Joseph University with a BSN, and Northern Kentucky University with her MSN in nursing education in 2011, and most recently, her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Mount St.Joseph University.

In addition, Dr. Warde has taught medical/surgical clinical for the Mount for the past five years as adjunct faculty, and is now a full time Assistant Professor of Nursing; She currently teaches pathophysiology, pharmacology and complex conditions. She continues to practice as a staff nurse on an Oncology/Medical/Surgical Unit at St Elizabeth, Edgewood, KY.  

Her hobbies include life-long learning, reading, running, camping and interior design and home improvement projects.
