Visiting Instructor of Financial Economics

Teaching responsibility include corporate finance, investment theory, managerial finance and current topics in finance.   Applicants must either 1) have a Ph.D. in finance or economics, 2) be ABD in finance or economics, 3) hold a Master’s degree in finance or economics and have a relevant professional certification or 4) hold a Master’s degree in finance or economics and have 5 years of  relevant work experience. Professional finance experience and/or teaching experience is highly desirable. Teaching load is four classes a semester, which may include an accelerated Saturday course.

This full-time nine month visiting position runs from August 2017 to May 2018.  The Mount will be hiring a tenure track assistant professor in finance to start in August 2018.  Pay is competitive and relocation assistance may be available.
