Athletic Trainer - 50%

Mount St. Joseph University is accepting applications for the part -time, professional staff appointment of Athletic Trainer - 50%. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the head athletic trainer and supervises the care of student athletes competing in the University’s athletic program. The athletic trainer is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries within the University’s comprehensive sports medicine program.  The 2015-2016 position has primary responsibility for the wrestling, men’s tennis, and women’s tennis teams at the University and assisting other teams when necessary. Travel is required with wrestling to away competitions. This is a 12 month position with employment hours in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends beginning July 1 and ending June 30th.
