The Assistant Dean of Nursing reports directly to the Dean of Health Sciences and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the nursing department with oversight for the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs; develops and expands learning opportunities for students; implements the academic policies and procedures of the University, assists with development and implementation of policies and procedures within the nursing department; teaches; addresses the needs of faculty/staff/students; and assists with strategic planning and budgeting for the department.
