It's always game time at Mount St. Joseph University, where we have a wide variety of sports facilities for both intercollegiate and intramural sports.
Our game sites and practice venues are on the east and west sides of campus, as well as at nearby off-site locations. You can find more detailed information about each facility at the University's Athletics site.
Sports Complex and Schueler Field & Track
The Sports complex is home to the Mount's football and men's and women's soccer teams. The cross country, track & field and lacrosse teams also compete at the complex. Student-athletes compete on a new all-weather surface and on the new synthetic all-weather, eight-lane track surrounding the field. The complex is on the east side of campus, and has concessions, locker rooms, showers, equipment storage, and facilities for athletic training.
The Harrington Center
The Harrington Student Center houses recreation, fitness, intramural and varsity athletics facilities. The centerpiece 2,000-set gymnasium hosts the men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s volleyball, and wrestling teams. It also a training and practice facility for all of our 22 varsity teams. The Harrington center is also home to Hayden Field.
This is where the Lions men's and women's tennis teams play their home matches. Our six, fully lit asphalt courts, also used for intramural play, are on the west side of campus.
Kinder Morgan Softball Complex - Practice Fields
The complex, near River Road, is home to the University's softball program. The grass outfield surface, and dirt infield, is enclosed by a permanent, NCAA regulation style fence, with a full windscreen. We also have state-of-the-art lighting, a wireless, digital scoreboard and a two-story press box.
Jean Dowell Gym
This gym is where you'll play intramural sports. It's also an extra practice court for both the men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams.
