Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens
Alumni can purchase discounted tickets for the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens for $13 (normally $18) per adult ages 13-61 and $10 (normally $12) per child/senior ages 2-12/62 & up for General Admission. To take advantage of this year round special pricing please go to http://cincinnatizoo.org/groups/group-discounts/, and use company code MSJ. All first time users will need to create a new account once you arrive on the Corporate Account Log In screen. Discounts are good for General Admission tickets purchased online only, and may not be used with any additional offers.
For a special rate of $50.00, Alumni can audit a credit course in the traditional program, the summer session, or through classes in the evening and weekends.
Get a current Alumni ID and use the University library and recreational facilities, including the fitness center, the weight room, tennis courts and free admittance to any athletic event. For questions or concerns regarding the fitness center, call 513-244-4900.

The Career & Experiential Education Center invites alumni to take advantage of numerous services including: resource information on job search and employment trends, career counseling/testing, full and part time job search assistance, resume review, workshops on interview skills, and career fairs. Alumni are welcomed to access the electronic database of open positions and post resumes through the system. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, call 513-244-4888.
Campus and Special Events
A variety of recreational and social activities are offered with alumni discounts on an occasional basis. Please watch our main alumni page for discounts.
Alumni are invited to join students, parents and friends each fall for Homecoming weekend. Festivities include Mount Lions football, volleyball games and a tailgate party.
Alumni gather at the University once a year for their five-year class reunions. Activities offer Mount graduates the chance to renew friendships and memories, with special events for the Golden Anniversary classes.
Alumni are encouraged to participate in a number of service programs and activities throughout the year.
The Alumni Board is an advisory body that serves the University and fellow alumni by planning activities, assisting the University in attracting new students, and participating committees as requested by the President.
The Alumni Office assists alumni groups throughout the country coordinate gatherings in their area. The alumni director attends chapter events whenever possible.
Alumni frequently return to campus to participate in programs sponsored by University departments: the Art Department presents exhibits in Studio San Giuseppe featuring alumni works; the Music Department hosts piano recitals by music graduates. Alumni can return to lecture, conduct workshops, and share their knowledge with the community and Mount students.
Mount Annual Fund
Year after year, Mount alums provide generous financial support for their alma mater. The Mount Annual Fund provides essential resources for students to succeed and benefit from a Mount education by supporting scholarships and other financial assistance, student services, programs, technology, facilities, and teaching excellence.
Sister Mary Lea Scholarship
The Sister Mary Lea Scholarship was established by the Alumni Association in honor of Sister Mary Lea Mueller, S.C. '25 who served as alumni director for 35 years. The scholarship is awarded annually to a student who meets eligibility requirements and is recommended by a Mount alumnus/a. Please see our website for more information on how to nominate someone.
