Information for international students applying to the Mount.
International students at the College of Mount St. Joseph find a warm community that welcomes diversity and values the wisdom that comes from other cultures. Thank you for considering the College of Mount St. Joseph.
Why the Mount?
The Mount's commitment to diversity extends across the nation and across the globe. We encourage international students to bring their perspectives and experiences to the Mount to enhance the overall campus learning experience.
Students come to the Mount because they know our small class sizes mean individual attention from actual professors, not from teaching assistants or graduate students. They love being close to downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and find great support through our many academic and career resources.
If you are ready to apply for admission to the Mount, go to the Admission Requirements section of the site to get started.
If you are interested in transferring to the Mount from a college or university in another country, and want information regarding your status as an American student, please e-mail Dr. Michael Klabunde, or call (513) 244-4241 or 1-800-654-9314, x4241.
International transfer credits may be accepted but are subject to evaluation based on standardized guidelines from AACRAO, WES, NAFSA, or similar organizations.
Check out the Transfer Guidelines section of our site for specific transfer policies and answers to your transfer-related questions.
Official Transcript Evaluation
Once admitted to the College, the Office of Admission will conduct an official transcript evaluation. During this process we determine how previous college credit will transfer.
