This graduate certificate program is for those seeking to combine multiple administrative principals in ministry.
You'll learn principles of ministerial administration, human resource management and organizational development. Based upon past education and experience, you'll choose one of four academic tracks.
- Track A is for students with a master's degree in a theological discipline (18 hours)
- Track B is for students with a master's degree in a non-theological discipline (18 hours)
- Track C is for students with a bachelor's degree who desire a master's degree plus the certificate (51 hours)
- Track D is for students with a bachelor's degree who desire only the certificate (21 hours)
